You will receive a booking link from our team on the morning of your appointment.
Your appointment will be conducted in a personalised Google meeting room.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the clinicians' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 2 full working days notice (48 hours) for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 2 full working days notice (48 hours), or miss their appointment, will be charged the full session fee.
If you do not attend your appointment, cancel or try to reschedule your time with less than 2 working day’s notice:
1) The full fee for the appointment will be billed, or,
2) If the fee has already been paid, a refund will not be given.
If more than two sessions are cancelled, the Voice Science team can elect to decline future service.
Sick Policy
As speech pathologists we rely on our vocal and medical health to service our clients. If you are ill with a cold, flu, chest infection or something similar, please contact us to make another appointment at a time when you are well. Sessions that are cancelled due to illness will require a medical certificate to avoid the full session fee.
